We’re hiring an Associate, who can do two things really well: (a)  run point on investment coverage of Spanish-speaking markets and (b) fundraising support and fund management operations, ideally out of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Who you’ll work with

• Brian Requarth (Bay Area) — built Viva Real/ZAP (acq. $600M) and Camu AI; angel in QuintoAndar, Brex, etc.
• Tomás Roggio (LatAm) — MD of Latitud Ventures; led investments in Pomelo, Hyperplane, FUDO, BHub, Arvo, Finkargo, and others.
• Some of the best emerging LatAm-born entrepreneurs, building for the region or the globe
• Some of the top venture investors and unicorn operators of both LatAm and Silicon Valley

What you’ll do

• Fundraise & IR (short-term focus: first 3–4 quarters). LP mapping, CRM hygiene, follow-ups, DD prep, roadshow coordination, and tailored LP materials.
• Source & win deals. Build real relationships with top founders and VCs across Spanish-speaking LatAm (focus in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia) — and beyond.
• Own deal coverage. Market work, product digging, references, unit economics, risks, and clear recommendations to the partners.
• Make the machine hum. Ops across fund admin, formation, quarterlies, tax, and vendor coordination (admin, auditors, counsel).
• Support portfolio + Fellowship. Help founders; help run our SF immersion trips (2x/year) and local hub programming.
